A single regular serving of bacon may contain the dietary supplement of 436 milligrams of sodium, which in fact is one-fifth, the amount of your daily allowance of sodium intake.

The per day dietetic component of an average healthy adult is 2,000 calories. That should come from 45 to 65 percent of carbohydrates, if possible unrefined. Your, per day of fat intake should not be more than  66 grams, while you are only allowed to take  2,400 milligrams of sodium.

Be careful if you are among those persons whose daily diet is full of fried and junk foods or if you eat these kinds of foods six days a week, then you would have a greater risk of some major health issues. Including processed deli meats, fried foods, bacon and soda in your regular diet is in no way good for a healthy life. This will surprisingly increase the risk of heart stroke by 41 percent as compared to a person indulged in processed food once a month.

Of course following appropriate nutrition guidelines and the habit of eating healthy foods does make a difference if you prefer to lead a healthy life. It is seen that people eating  five servings of fruits and vegetables on a regular basis enjoy a longer and disease free life.

Drinking soda is in no way different than drinking liquid sugary candy of calorie bombs. These sodas contain high fructose corn syrup with preservatives and other synthetic ingredients,  are the root cause of creating the obesity epidemic in our country. It also leads to an increased risk of premature ageing, hormone disruption while sometimes cancers.
